Terms
For teachers subscribing to ArcCreativeHub. In force from 7 September 2026; last changed 27 September 2026, to say that the service is offered internationally and on what condition. ArcCreativeHub and ArcDancer are operated by ArcGabriel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Two agreements, kept separate
These terms are between ArcGabriel Ltd and you, the teacher, for a software subscription. Your contract with your students and their families is your own. We provide the tools; we are not a party to your teaching, we do not employ or supervise you, and we do not take money from families on your behalf. What we sell is software.
The subscription
£29 a month, including VAT where it applies. One price, no tiers, no per-student charges, no setup fee. Billed monthly in advance from the day your studio opens.
No minimum term. Cancel any time from the customer portal; your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.
Applying costs nothing. Your card is stored when you apply and charged only if you are approved. If we say no, the card is deleted and never charged.
Changing the price
The £29 is not fixed forever, and we would rather say so here than let you find out later.
- We may change the monthly price. If we do, we will email you at least 60 days before it takes effect, at the address on your account.
- The notice will tell you the current price, the new price, and the date of the first payment at the new price.
- The change takes effect on the first renewal on or after that date. It never applies to a period you have already paid for, and never applies retrospectively.
- You can cancel at any time before it takes effect, at no cost. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for and you are not charged at the new price.
- Not more than once in any twelve months. We will not raise the price more than once in a rolling twelve-month period.
- Carrying on after the date in the notice is how you accept the new price.
- Tax is different. If a rate of VAT or an equivalent tax changes, or a new tax applies, the amount payable may change to reflect it. That is not a price change by us and the 60 days do not apply — but we will still tell you.
- A reduction can be immediate. If the price goes down it may take effect straight away. We will tell you; nobody needs two months' warning to pay less.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
What the service is
CRM, scheduling, bookings with waitlists, private lessons booked from the teacher's own availability, memberships, invoicing, document e-signing, chat, live video between browsers, a portal for your students and their guardians, and a directory listing once you are approved.
Video is peer-to-peer and its quality depends on the connections of the people in the room. Where a direct connection cannot be made, the room says so and chat is the fallback. That is a real limit, not a rare fault, and we would rather write it into the contract than into an apology.
Approval, and what we expect
Every teacher is approved by a person before going live. You must be legally entitled to work with children if any of your students are under 18.
We do not verify DBS or equivalent criminal-record checks, and nothing in the product should be read as though we do. Where you tell us you hold a check we record what you told us, and the certificate number and issue date where you give them. That is a record of your declaration, not a verification of it. The safeguarding policy sets out whose duty is whose.
Qualifications are listed in your words, and marked where we have seen more. What you list is shown on your public page as your own statement, whether or not you send us anything: a certificate is never a condition of listing a qualification, and no qualification at all is never a reason we say no. Where you do send a certificate for something awarded, a person here opens it and reads it, and that row then says certificate seen. That means exactly what it says: somebody looked. It is not confirmation from the awarding body, we do not contact awarding bodies, and nothing in the product says a qualification is verified. A row without a certificate says stated by the teacher, which is a statement of where the line came from and not a doubt about it. Anything you are still studying for is shown as in progress and not yet awarded, in those words. If we read a certificate and it does not support what you told us, that one entry comes off your page and we tell you why. This wording applies to qualification certificates alone and must not be read across to your safeguarding or insurance declarations, which remain records of what you told us.
You administer your own students and are responsible for what you do with the tools. The service must not be used to harass, discriminate, or break the law. We may suspend or close an account for safeguarding cause, and every such action is written to an audit ledger by the operator who took it.
Safeguarding
Anyone can report a concern about a child without an account and without signing in. Reports reach ArcGabriel Ltd directly. Reporting to us is not a substitute for contacting the police or a local authority — if a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
Your data
Set out in how your data is handled, which forms part of these terms. In short: the minimum the service needs, no tracking, no advertising, no analytics, no third-party embeds, and card details that never touch our servers.
Availability and liability
We do not offer an uptime guarantee and will not pretend to. The service runs as a single deployment with a persistent volume and verified daily off-box backups; a deployment is a brief interruption. That is the architecture actually running, and an invented figure would be a promise nobody here could keep.
We remain liable for what the law does not let us exclude, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud. We are not liable for your own conduct, for your contracts with your families, or for loss of profit, goodwill or business opportunity. Otherwise our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
If we get something wrong, tell us. A small company's real remedy is that it answers its email.
Where this applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, wherever you teach from.
The service is offered to independent dance teachers internationally, priced in a number of currencies. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you are charged.
There is one condition, and it is also the limit. You must be able to open and keep your own Stripe account in your own country. Your families pay you directly into it — we never hold your money, and we never hold theirs. Where Stripe cannot serve your country, we cannot either, and we would rather say so than take a subscription that can never produce a payout to you.
Your own local obligations are yours. Business registration, tax, insurance, background checks and child-protection duties where you teach are yours to hold and to meet. Our approving your application is a decision about your use of this software. It is not a statement that you meet any requirement of your own country, and it is not advice about what those requirements are.
The statutory references in these terms are UK ones. Where the law of your own country gives you rights these terms cannot lawfully remove, those rights stand.
Changing these terms
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before it takes effect if you do not accept it. Price changes follow the stricter rule above. The date at the top of this page is the version in force.
