Run your dance school from one place

What works today

Everything a school needs, nothing it has to fear

Every sentence below is proven by an automated test on every single build. That is not a slogan, it is how this product is made.

  1. Act I

    Your studio, yours alone

Students and their families, your timetable, your documents. Another teacher's studio is invisible to yours, and we prove that on every build.

  2. Act II

    Joining that belongs to you

A personal link for your website and a spoken code for everywhere else: both enrol a dancer with you and nobody else.

  3. Act III

    Guardian-first for young dancers

For a dancer under 18, the account is held by their guardian, who can always read the chat between home and studio. This is built into the shape of the system, not a setting anyone can turn off.

  4. Act IV

    Booking with a fair queue

A full class waitlists instead of refusing, and a cancellation hands the place to the first in line, so you never have to play the bad guy.

  5. Act V

    Memberships with a clear line

Set a dancer's membership end date and classes stay bookable up to it, with a reminder to the family before it lapses, so a renewal is a conversation, not a surprise.

  6. Act VI

    Invoices in your own numbering

Issue, mark paid when the money arrives, void a mistake. An unbroken sequence that is yours, never edited, with what you're owed summed at a glance.

  7. Act VII

    Class reminders that send themselves

Every family with a booking hears from you the day before, in your timezone's own words.

  8. Act VIII

    Documents signed and kept

Your class terms and consents, signed with a typed name, keeping the exact words that were signed.

  9. Act IX

Time that means what it says

Your 6pm stays your 6pm across the clock changes, wherever your students are.

Real screens from the working product

Not mock-ups: these are the actual studio pages this product serves today, with sample data. What you see is what you sign into.

The studio home: the teacher's name, join link and spoken code, and the student roster with memberships
Your studio: students, memberships, join link and spoken code, all on one page.
The invoices section: an unbroken numbered sequence with what is owed summed at a glance
Invoices in your own numbering, what you're owed at a glance.
The live class room: the class title, a video tile, and the promise that chat continues if video fails

The live room

Classes in the browser, nothing to install

1-to-1 rooms and small group rooms, everyone connected to everyone, best with up to six on screen; bigger rooms are on the roadmap. The room opens fifteen minutes before class, no separate video account for anyone. And if the video drops, the chat keeps working on machinery of its own.

Read why we built it this way

Safety by construction

Safeguarding that cannot be switched off

No teacher-to-child private channel exists in this product. The guardian holds the account, reads every thread, signs every document. Report-a-concern is one click from every page and needs no account. Every teacher is approved by a person before their studio opens.

Sign-in has no passwords, just an emailed link that works once. Nothing for anyone to invent, reuse or forget.

How joining works

Apply as a founding teacher

A person at ArcGabriel reviews every application before a studio opens or a profile appears in the directory. That review is why the directory is worth being in.
